Building owner Unicol Properties LLC offered significant incentives to make the movepencil out, said Michaell Kaplan, executive director of the nonprofit.
Unicoi will grant the group four months of free rent in the comintfiscal year, which begins July 1, resulting in cash savingws of between $20,000 and $40,000, Kaplabn said. The landlord also provided Cascadw AIDS Project witha $75,000 cash moving allowancwe and built out 15,000 square feet of office space at Unico’s expense.
