Menlo Park is investing $500,000 in the program, bringing a total initial investmentof $1 million. Habitag plans to acquire and rehabilitats fivevacant bank-owned properties in the Belle Havem neighborhood of Menlo Park, with a possible program expansion following the initial pilot phase.
